The State initiated its transition from decades-old COBOL and paper-based finance, HR, and payroll systems to a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform in July 2025, starting with Finance. HR and payroll systems transitioned to the ERP platform in November 2025.
This dashboard, updated on the Monday following every bi-weekly pay date, provides visibility into the ongoing ERP stabilization process. By monitoring open and closed support tickets, highlighting high-impact issues, and tracking ongoing progress, the Department of Administration is committed to delivering transparency for State employees and taxpayers.
