Compliance with Separation of Powers Legislation

Separation of Powers legislation, enacted in 2005 and 2006, imposes new requirements on the Department of Administration. One of these requirements is for the Department to provide training materials to agencies. The second requirement is to assure that annual reports, submitted pursuant to these enactments, be electronically posted on the websites maintained by the Secretary of State and Rhode Island State Legislature.

In October of 2006, the information below was sent to the 44 agencies that were affected by the enactment.
